We proudly offer FREE returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, simply contact our customer support team to begin the return process.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items should:
- Be returned within 30 days after delivery.
- Be in good condition.
- Include original accessories whenever possible.
- Not be intentionally damaged or altered.
3. Free Return Shipping
Eligible returns include free return shipping.
Once approved, we'll provide return instructions along with a prepaid return label or designated return address when applicable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Brief description of the issue
We'll gladly arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
5. Refunds
After your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but remain eligible under our 30-Day Return Policy.
